Delivery Information
Hosted Items:
Depending on the level of hosting, it will range from 1 hour to 1 day to set everything up. A technician will call you immediately to work with you, step by step, getting your new or existing domain set up.
Technical Support:
As soon as we receive your order, a service technician will phone you to set an appointment to come to your home if needed (In certain areas only), or immediately assist your needs by remotely accessing your computer. Be prepared with a description of the problem and your computer login information for our technician.
Home Server:
This item is very customized with your needs, we build these computers from scratch and must test before shipping. Usually delivery is within 1 week.
Computer Hardware:
Items ordered after 12:00pm Eastern (GMT/UTC -5) will ship the same day. Rush processing is available for an extra fee.
